MexicoIT Honored with Best Midmarket Solution Services Innovation Award

Senior IT Executives Recognize the Leadership of Mexican IT Services Industry at Vision Events(R)' Midsize Enterprise Summit.

MEXICO CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MexicoIT, the first program in Mexico to promote the Mexican IT services industry, received the "Best Midmarket Solution Services Midsize Enterprise Innovation Award," at the Midsize Enterprise Summit held on September 16-19 at La Quinta, CA. This distinction was awarded by the vote of senior IT executives that attended the invitation-only Summit, a widely-recognized business-focused event produced by Vision Events, a Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT - News) company.

The MexicoIT companies that attended the Summit were Neoris, World Software Services, QuarkSoft and Sinapsis Technologies. During the event, executives of these companies presented information about the IT services their companies provide and case studies that highlighted the innovative aspects and the quality of their solutions, which include application development and management, systems integration, captive center turnkey delivery, and IT consulting services.

Ivette Garcia, Director of the ProSoft program of the Mexican Ministry of Economy, also briefed the IT executives attending the meeting on the support and cash grants the Mexican Government provides to companies investing in the MexicoIT industries. Ms Garcia emphasized the advantages of Mexico as the nearshore destination for value IT sourcing.
